18 | Page- Park One of Florida <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach RFP No. 18-03-01 <br /> <br /> <br />Park One proposes a flat hourly service rate which will be inclusive of all operating expenses as <br />defined in the Request for Proposal and included below: <br /> <br /> <br />-Payroll & Payroll taxes & benefits <br />-General Liability Insurance (limits as specified herein) <br />-Auto Damage Claims caused by Park One <br />-License fees <br />-Standard Uniforms <br />-Supplies (tickets, podium, cleaning supplies etc.) <br />-Radios and communication devices <br />-Park One’s overhead including oversight management, accounting and HR. <br /> <br /> <br />Park One's proposed flat hourly rate for regular contracted services is $15.95 (Fifteen dollars <br />and Ninety-five cents) per labor hour. <br /> <br /> <br />COST OF SERVICES <br />
