Titan Protective Services Proposal to Provide Pier Park Attendant RFP No. 18-03-01
Qualifications
During its six years in operation Titan Protective Services has been able to
successfully secure a number of on-going private contracts in the
Dade/Broward/Palm Beach tri-county area. Our stellar contractual record
speaks to the high level of service we provide our clients.
We at Titan are confident in our ability to effectively and efficiently provide
the City of Sunny Isles with traffic control and lot management at the Pier
Park parking lot, located at 16501 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, FL
33160. Attendants will be provided with quality post orders to assist them
with answering questions and directing parking clients.
Titan Protective Services has both the manpower and the technological
resources necessary to successfully provide the scope of services being
requested by the City of Sunny Isles. We offer a real-time reporting system
(SilverTrac) that allows us to service all requests once they become
available, collect real-time data, and report quality data for management to
review.
We are prepared to provide one (1 ) or more bilingual attendants with
clearly visible name badges to control traffic between the hours of 9:00am
and 7:00pm, seven (7) days a week — including holidays. Attendants will be
equipped with necessary operating supplies, including a "Full Lot" sign to
notify drivers of the non-availability of parking spaces once the lot has
reached capacity. Prior to the commencement of operational services,
Titan Protective Services will submit a description of the uniforms proposed
to be worn by on-site personnel for Project Manager approval.
At Titan we strive to become partners with our management teams, rather
than "just another vendor". Thank you for your consideration and we look
forward to becoming your partner of choice in parking.
Respectfully,
Kevin Akinbiyi
President
Page 16
