All employees must go through a background, drug and DMV <br />check. Employees must have a valid driver license and a minimum of 2 -year <br />experience in the specific position applying for. <br />PERSONNEL AND THEIR DUTIES <br />A lot attendant will oversee the complete parking operation facility. This <br />attendant will be thoroughly experienced in parking management. He or she will <br />also be responsible for the daily operation, including handling all incidents and <br />complaints from customers in a courteous and efficient manner. <br />OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM <br />Southpark Management will provide a hands-on Senior Management team. This <br />Management team will be actively involved at the property daily. This <br />involvement will include frequent on-site visits and communication with the <br />property's management. Our Senior Management team will be available 24/7 and <br />will be the property's direct contact for customer service. <br />Overseeing the operation will be Jonathan Camargo (Director of <br />Operations) and Michael Rubinov (Area & IT Manager). Jonathan has over 12 <br />years in the parking industry which 9 years have been with Southpark <br />Management.
