SOLrrHPRRI< MRNRGEMERT' <br />Porking Solutions <br />,nrr�<r�rsrr w Pran+cr�►c I OCUBLE < <br />Litigation History <br />There has not been any litigation involving a public entity in the last 5 years. <br />On May 22, 2014, Double Park was sued by a former landlord, Kaine Parking 125, <br />LLC regarding the interpretation of a lease. Kaine Parking 125 LLC v. Double Park <br />LLC, Miami Dade Case No. 14-13468. A judgment was entered against Double <br />Park for $118,015 plus attorney's fees. The judgment has been satisfied. <br />On February 25, 2016, Double Park, Paradise Parking, Southpark LLC, and other <br />related individuals were sued by a former owner of the companies for allegedly <br />breaching a prior settlement agreement between them. The former owner <br />asserts that he was damaged in the approximate amount of $500,000, which <br />damages are strenuously denied. Liss v. Falsetto et al, Miami Dade Case No. 16- <br />004683. The Defendants asserted counterclaims and third -party claims for breach <br />of contract, fraud, and unfair trade practices against the former owner and <br />related entities, claiming damages in excess of $1M.
