Upon <br /> the designated date and time, FPI's Security Officers and Supervisors will report for duty and assume <br /> Security Services from the previous Security Provider. <br /> Sample Transition Plan <br /> Week One Contract Award to FPI <br /> • Begin Weekly Transition Meetings with Client to review Past • <br /> • Practices, Likes & Dislikes <br /> Week Two • Begin Supervisor Selection <br /> • Begin Security Officer Selection <br /> • Weekly Transition Meeting for Post Order Creation <br /> Week Three • Complete Employee Selection <br /> • Begin Supervisor Training <br /> • Employee and Employee File Review by Client <br /> • Complete In-House Training <br /> Week Four • With Client Approval, Begin On-Site Familiarization <br /> and Training <br /> • Final Meeting with Client <br /> Complete Post Orders <br /> • FPI & Client Relationship Begins <br /> Transition Plans are customized to Client's Needs <br />
