At the option of <br />the City, either the bank shall eliminate or reduce such deductible or it shall procure a <br />Bond, in a form satisfactory to the City, covering the same. <br /> <br />2.10 DELIVERY <br />Any item requiring delivery shall be delivered F.O.B. destination to a specific City address. All <br />delivery costs and charges must be included in the bid pri ce. If delivery of an item is required, <br />the City reserves the right to cancel the delivery order(s) or any part thereof, without obligation <br />if delivery is not made at the time specified in the proposal. <br /> <br />2.11 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS <br /> <br /> Consultants shall be in the business of Disaster Debris Monitoring Services and must possess <br /> sufficient financial support, equipment and organization to insure that it can satisfactorily <br /> perform the services if awarded a Contract. Consultants must demonstrate that staff they <br /> assigned to the project, have successfully provided services with similar magnitude to those <br /> specified in the scope of services to at least one City similar in size and complexity to the City of <br /> Sunny Isles Beach and can demonstrate they have the experience and the managerial and <br /> financial ability to successfully perform the work. <br /> <br /> Consultant shall have at least five years of Disaster Debris Monitoring experience. Project <br /> manager assigned to the work must have a minimum of five years’ experience in Disaster Debris <br /> Monitoring and have served as project manager on similar projects on a minimum of three <br /> previous occasions. <br /> <br /> Before awarding a contract, the City reserves the right to require that a Consultant submit <br /> such evidence of qualifications as the City may deem necessary. Further, the City may <br /> consider any evidence of the financial, technical, and other qualifications and abilities of firm, <br /> including previous experience with the City. <br /> <br /> Firm or principals shall have no record of judgments, pending lawsuits against the City or public <br /> entities, or criminal activities involving moral turpitude, and not have any conflicts of interest that <br /> have not been waived by the City Commission. <br /> <br />2.12 FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL REGULATIONS <br /> <br />The successful Consultant shall comply with all federal, state and local ordinances, regulations, and <br />rules as well as any other laws that would apply to the proposed project. Such Consultant costs <br />associated with regulatory requirements shall be included in the project cost whether depicted <br />specifically or not within the body of the proposal. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
