The City may, at its sole discretion, require that the Bidder submit additional information not included in the submitted form. Such information must be submitted with seven (7) Calendar Days of the City's request. Failure to submit the form or additional information upon request by the City will result in the rejection of the Bid as Non-Responsive. The Contractor also acknowledges that the City is relying on the truth and accuracy of the responses contained herein. If it is later discovered that any material information given in response to a question was provided by the contractor, knowing it was false, it shall constitute grounds for immediate disqualification, termination, or rescission by the City any subsequent agreement between the City and the Contractor.
