STAFFING --- - - - - -- --- - -- ---- -- <br /> PERSONNEL Job Descriptions <br /> Branch Manager—Dennis Smith —Oversees all Branch operations within including labor, <br /> equipment, customer service, safety and all administrative functions. <br /> Assistant Branch Manager—Damian De La Vega —Oversee Branch Account Manager to <br /> ensure quality and labor <br /> Office Manager—Maribel Diaz—Implements the day-to-day tasks of managing customer <br /> service, directing calls, billing, and emergencies. <br /> Sr. Account Manager- Jim Rogers As the primary customer contact, the AM develops and <br /> maintains schedules for maintenance work and ensures compliance to job specifications and <br /> quality control standards; proactively communicates to customer and BrightView team members. <br /> Crew Leader—Schedules the workload for their crew and ensures the readiness of workers, <br /> tools and materials.; maintains safe-working conditions at all times, including job site and crew <br /> operation. <br /> Agronomic Technicians—Alex Liguori & Ian Rodriguez The agronomic technician is licensed <br /> and knowledgeable in the safe application of fertilizers, insecticides, herbicides, and fungicides. <br /> Enhancement Manager—Ramiro Fernandez Designs and selects premium Plants for <br /> renovations; purchases plant materials and prepares project for installation; monitors proper <br /> planting procedures and color over the life of the project. <br /> Irrigation Technicians— Monitors inspections, irrigation checks, cleaning, repairs, and adjusting <br /> of your irrigation system; generates reports to identify repairs, consumption use requirements, <br /> and upgrades. <br /> Irrigation Assistant—Assists in the daily management of the irrigation system and performs <br /> repairs and adjustments, and monitors malfunctions and potential leaks. <br /> Trained Gardeners—Responsible for daily compliance of job specifications and quality <br /> standards; knowledgeable in all materials, equipment, and safety programs; proactively deals <br /> with potential problems, ensures safe working conditions at job site and identifies potential <br /> liabilities on the property. <br />
