Bright View <br /> Methodology/Approach to Providing Services <br /> BrightView takes a practical, customer-focused approach to delivering landscape <br /> services. BrightView will staff the city with the appropriate staffing and <br /> requirements set forth in the RFP. This team will consist of highly trained and <br /> equipment certified personal with strong tenured backgrounds in grounds <br /> maintenance, roadways and medians. An on site manager equipped with several <br /> modes of communication including IPAD's, Phones, (email) and two way radio <br /> will also be on staff. <br /> We will provide additional BrightView staff trained in complete agronomic care. <br /> These professionals have extensive knowledge of irrigation system management <br /> and programming, ET based systems, water conservation approaches, <br /> fertilization, herbicides, and Integrated Pest Management (IPM). These teams <br /> will be dispatched to aid and assist our on site team as needed. We will have a <br /> complete array of specialized equipment on site including all two cycle <br /> equipment, utility vehicles, spray and fertilization units. <br /> BrightView will perform initial inspections. This inspection will include soil testing <br /> with lab analysis and follow up applications to correct turf needs, an irrigation <br /> start up inspection, complete photograph inventory and start up conditions, <br /> safety, and hazard and security inspection. <br /> An annual calendar of all services to be rendered throughout the year will be <br /> provided to the city immediately. A complete start-up report including findings <br /> plus recommendations for upgrades and enhancements will be provided within <br /> the first 30-60 days. <br /> We pride ourselves on delivering on our promises.
