DAILY METHODOLOGY <br /> CONTRACTOR REPRESENTATIVE: <br /> The representative will arrive on-site daily, Monday through Sunday, 7am-5pm at a designated meeting <br /> place within the.City of Sunny Isles limits to meet with the assigned crew and prepare for the day's <br /> scheduled duties.The representative will make sure all employees are wearing PPE and safety vest along <br /> with their standard uniforms identifying them as employees of Lukes' Landscaping. Our first focus will <br /> be to assign personnel to completely clean all litter and debris that was created from the previous <br /> evening. In order to insure this, our sited employees will be assigned specific areas to patrol and clean <br /> all litter debris. The goal is to have all contractual areas litter-free as soon as possible. During litter <br /> inspection, close attention will be made and noted to any areas requiring immediate attention, i.e. auto <br /> damage, pedestrian damage, etc. Upon completion of all litter removal, the contractor's representative <br /> will assign all duties scheduled for that day. After employees are set up in their assigned areas(MOT if <br /> applicable will be used)the representative will monitor and supervise the daily work. The irrigation <br /> technician will perform (continuous) wet checks. Any necessary adjustments or repairs will be made at <br /> that time. The contractor's representative will coordinate with the City to provide all additional <br /> services, such as arbor care, pest control, fertilization, installation of annuals, etc., to adhere to the <br /> provided monthly schedules. The contractor's representative will inspect all areas serviced that day to <br /> be sure scheduled work has been satisfactorily completed and all debris has been removed off-site. <br /> Weekly schedule inspections will occur with our assigned arborist, certified pest control operator, and <br /> irrigation specialist in order to note any deficiencies or any concerns. Prior to the end of work day, an <br /> additional end-of-day litter service will occur on Collins Ave and Sunny Iskes. <br /> A weekend crew will work on Saturdays and Sundays to perform all assigned duties as required by <br /> contract. An additional crew will be assigned for all annual replacements, installation of mulch, tree <br /> trimming, pest control, and all other services not addressed by daily, onsite personnel. <br /> There will be times when Lukes' Landscaping will send multiple crews in order to be as efficient as <br /> possible and minimize the impact to the Parks. An example of this would be to assign multiple tree <br /> trimming crews which would work in tandem in order to expedite and take full advantage of MOT set- <br /> up.
