s),1 o Zvi V . 1 I , Luke's Landscaping pledge to the City of Sunny Isles Beach officials and residents We truly value the relationship that has been created with our employees and the city's staff,as we all want the same goal, a safe, beautiful, city with parks, beaches and numerous amenities. Our company has been instrumental in response to Hurricanes, flooding, and all types of emergency calls over the years we have been your landscape contractor. We have shown our commitment to the city when Hurricane Katrina, "no name flood" ,Hurricane Wilma, and more recently Hurricane Irma all created widespread damage to the city's landscape and infrastructure. We were there and assisted all facets of clean-up as directed by city officials. We have been willing to pitch in and assist for the city's special events and always willing to provide manpower,trucks, and equipment in order to help the team. We have designed and or installed many of the landscapes the residents currently enjoy, Margolis Park, Sampson Park, Intercoastal parks, and Arlen House on Collins Avenue. We recently completed the 174th streetscape, the pedestrian bridge, and the last project, Neatstreets was to plant shade trees along the Cities inside roadways. We have also worked with many developers and utility companies to assist with all landscape related questions. Our promise to the Residents and City of Sunny Isles Beach officials, is we will always strive to make everyone proud to live and work here. We are proud to be at your service.
