STAFFING <br /> Staffing Plan & Resumes: We have developed a staffing plan that provides <br /> high level management attention to the account <br /> through the initial stage of implementation and <br /> stabilization(anticipated to be no more than 90 <br /> days). During this initial stage, Rob Mainguy will <br /> serve as Initial Program Manager and Eddie <br /> Bingham will serve as Initial Field Supervisor. This <br /> ensures senior level, experienced leadership and <br /> management of the account in order to ensure <br /> services are provided in a manner consistent with <br /> the specifications set forth in the RFP and to the <br /> complete satisfaction of the City of Sunny Isles <br /> Beach. <br /> As Initial Program Manager, Rob Mainguy will <br /> ensure that all services are organized and provided <br /> consistent with the requirements set forth in the <br /> RFP and will ensure that all reporting protocols are <br /> in place as required. In addition, Rob will be <br /> available to meet with City representatives as <br /> needed and/or requested to facilitate rapid <br /> stabilization of the program. As Initial Field <br /> Supervisor, Eddie Bingham will direct and manage <br /> all aspects of the daily provision of services within <br /> the City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br /> In the course of the initial implementation and <br /> stabilization phase, we will present permanent <br /> successor Program Manager and Field Supervisor <br /> candidates to the City. Provided the City agrees, we <br /> will assigned these successor managers in service <br /> under the guidance and supervision of the Initial <br /> Program Manager and Initial Field Supervisor.
