Our first focus will Beta assisn personnel to completely clean all litter and debris that was created from the previous eaenirng. In order to insure this, our sited employees will be assi6ned specific areas to patrol and clean all litter debris. The goal is to have all contractual areas litter -free as soon as possible. During litter inspection, close attention will be made and noted to any areas requiring immediate attention, i.e. auto dama6e, pedestrian dama6e, etc. Upon completion of all litter removal, the contractor's representative will assirn all duties scheduled for that day. After employees are set up in their assigned areas (MOT if applicable will be used) the representative will monitor and supervise Lhe daily work. The irrigation technician will perform (continuous) wet checks. Any necessary adjustments or repairs will be made at that time. The contractor's representative will coordinate with the City to provide all additional services, such as arbor care, pest control, fertilization, installation of annuals, etc., to adhere to the provided monthly schedules. The contractor's representative will inspect all areas serviced that day to be sure scheduled work has been satisfactorily completed and all debris has been removed off-site. Weekly schedule inspections will occur with our assigned arborist, certified pest control operator, anti irrigation specialist in order to note any deficiencies or any concerns. Prior to the ent] of worn Qay, an additional end -of -day litter service will occur on Collins mve and sunny Iskes. A weekend crew will work on Saturdays and Sundays Lo perform all assigned duties as required by contract. An additional crew will be assigned for all annual replacements, installation of mulch. tree trimming, pest. control, and all other services not addressed by daily, onsite personnel. There will be times when Lukes' Landscaping will send multiple crews in order to be as efficient as possible and minimize the impact to the Parks. An example of this would be to assign multiple tree trimming crews which would work in tandem in order Lo expedite and take full advantage of 110 1 set- up.
