In this case, the City may <br /> choose to self-perform the work, hire the work out to other contractors, or contract directly with <br /> Econolite for the.additional work. This work, as necessary, must be executed in a timely manner <br /> so as not to delay the project schedule. <br /> Should the City choose to have Econolite repair or replace the defective or damaged equipment, <br /> Econolite will perform the work on a time and materials basis and will draw down on the <br /> maintenance repair line item in the pricing table. <br /> Time and Material cost will be billed at$190 an hour for a Traffic Signal Technician including an <br /> aerial lift truck and tools.
