SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH AND <br /> �= f j PERKINS & WILL ARCHITECTS, INC. <br /> CONTRACT NO. 080-6009 <br /> This Second Amendment to the Agreement between the CITY OF SUNNY ISLES <br /> BEACH ("City") and PERKINS & WILL ARCHITECTS, INC., ("Architect") executed this <br /> Ao..day of ,A0 ,2018, is made a part of the original Agreement between the parties <br /> dated August 21, 2015, Contract No. C1415-087, (the "Agreement"), and the City and Architect <br /> hereby agree to amend the Agreement as follows: <br /> 1. ADDITIONAL SERVICES. Pursuant to Section 1.3 of the Agreement, the City hereby <br /> wishes to amend Article 3 of the original Agreement ("Architect's Basic Services") to include <br /> Architectural and Engineering Design Services for a Pedestrian Bridge connected to the Government <br /> Center Expansion Project, as more particularly described in Attachment"A", which is attached hereto <br /> and-incorporated herein by reference. The Architect shall provide upon request by the City a schedule <br /> for the design services for the Pedestrian Bridge. <br /> 2. ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION. Article 2 of the Agreement between the parties is <br /> hereby amended to include additional compensation for the Additional Services in an amount not <br /> to exceed Three Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars ($370,000.00), bringing the total contract <br /> amount not to exceed Two Million Eight Hundred Twenty One Thousand Three Hundred Dollars <br /> ($2,821,300.00). Reimbursable Expenses shall be governed by Article 8 of the Agreement. <br /> 3. OTHER PROVISIONS REMAIN IN EFFECT. Except as specifically modified herein, <br /> all terms and conditions of the original Agreement between the parties, dated August 21, 2015, <br /> shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> 4. CONFLICTING PROVISIONS.
