<br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH SECTION 01000 - 7 <br />SUMMARY OF WORK <br /> <br />unforeseen or unanticipated complications or conditions occur during the performance of the <br />scope of work. All submittals shall be completed in accordance with Section 01300. <br />1.10 PROTECTION OF PROPERTY <br />The CONTRACTOR shall take special precautions to reduce to a minimum the nuisances <br />and damage to property which could result from working in a residential area and adjacent <br />to a road or right of way. Any damage to public or private property shall be immediately <br />repaired or paid for by the CONTRACTOR at no expense to the OWNER. During the period <br />of the contract, the CONTRACTOR will protect all well appurtenances removed by the <br />CONTRACTOR; protect all remaining improvements; and protect any equipment loaned to <br />the CONTRACTOR by the OWNER.
