The CONTRACTOR'S responsibility for deviations in submittals from the requirements of <br />the Contract Documents is not relieved by the OWNER or ENGINEER'S review of <br />submittals, unless the OWNER or the ENGINEER gives written acceptance of Specific <br />deviations. <br /> <br />F. Notify the OWNER and ENGINEER, in writing at the time of submission, of deviations in <br />submittals from the requirements of the Contract Documents. <br /> <br />G. Begin no Work requiring submittals until return of submittals with the OWNER or <br />ENGINEER'S stamp and initials or signature indicating review and approval. <br /> <br />H. After OWNER or ENGINEER’S review, distribute copies. <br /> <br />3.2 SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Schedule submissions at least 14 days before dates reviewed submittals shall be <br />needed; the OWNER and OWNER’S representatives shall have a maximum of 14 days <br />for review of the submittal following receipt, for approval or rejection. <br /> <br />B. Accompany submittals with a transmittal letter, in duplicate, containing: <br /> <br />1. Date of submission. <br />2. Project title and number. <br />3. Contractor name and address. <br />4. The number of each shop drawing, project datum and sample submitted. <br />5. Notification of any deviations from the Contract Documents. <br />6. Other pertinent data. <br /> <br />C. Submittals must include: <br /> <br />1. Date of submittal and revision dates. <br />2. Project title and number. <br />3. The names of: <br />i. ENGINEER <br />ii. Contractor <br />iii. Subcontractor (if applicable) <br />iv. Supplier <br />v. Manufacturer
