:.f,
ALL WE888
INTRODUCTION — CORPORATE PROFILE
All Webb's Enterprises, Inc. was founded in 1978 by its current President, David W. Webb. Originally
known as Webb's Well Drilling, in 1983 the company expanded and became All Webb's Enterprises, Inc.
In the late 1980's Mr. Webb recognized the necessity for drilling contractors specializing in large
diameter and deep hole well drilling. In order to meet this growing demand, All Webb's Enterprises, Inc.,
through strategic planning, bold initiatives and timely acquisitions, has placed itself among the top water
well drilling contractors in the state of Florida. All Webb's Enterprises. Inc. specializes in large diameter
wells of all types.
Utilizing our own forces and equipment, All Webb's Enterprises, Inc. performs the most stringent well
construction procedures including mud rotary and reverse air drilling, coring, packer and pressure testing,
water quality sampling, pump and injectivity testing, geophysical logging including RTS, down hole
video surveys, complicated cementing programs and well acidizations. Our client list includes both
private industry and municipalities. We have completed wells that range from 2-inches to 54-inches in
diameter, with depths up to 3,800 feet for uses such as irrigation, potable water supply, reverse osmosis,
monitor, injection and drainage.
In the past ten years AWE has completed over 60 Floridan aquifer wells. All of the wells are successful
and productive. In early 2009 we completed an injection well system for Okeechobee Landfill, Inc. and
performed MIT's for 21 injection wells in South Miami. We are currently under contract to complete an
injection well system for Sarasota County.
Our maintenance shop is located in Jupiter, Florida with a full time mechanic, machinist, purchasing
agent and an 8,000 square foot repair facility. Our engineering division is also located there. Less than a
V. mile down the street is our administrative office with about 3,000 square feet of additional enclosed
storage space.
Over the last several years AWE has been updating our systems and drilling techniques. We have
perfected our solidi removal system which allows us to complete drilling through Hawthorne Clays in a
more expedient manner. Our entire mud system has been revamped to allow us more efficient mud
cleaning. AWE has rebuilt and constructed a completely new cementing system with more efficient
cement mixing capabilities onsite. Our new cementing system utilizes the latest technology. AWE owns a
polyethylene fusion machine and trained employees in polyethylene fusion. Polyethylene piping is used
to transport development water so the impact on nearby residents is reduced. AWE has two geophysical
logging vans complete with new geophysical logging tools, an Aries video camera and RTS tools.
AWE is a member of the Florida Groundwater Association, The National Ground Water Association and
remains current with local legislative matters regarding water well drilling in Florida. We work closely
with SFWMD, FDEP and local Health Departments to obtain required permits and stay informed of any
changes in federal, state and local water well regulations. Many of our employees attend relevant industry
educational seminars.
•
AWE currently uses Microsoft Project to manage our project resources; however we have been
integrating a software program that centralizes all aspects of project management. The software is
modular with an integrated scheduling, payroll, equipment, subcontractor and material handling
capabilities. This allows all team members to assess a projects progress and contribute to the
implementation and completion of a project. •
A11 Webb's Enterprises, Inc.,309 Commerce Way,Jupiter, FL 33453
