Work by others and Owner. <br /> 1.03 LOCATION OF WORK <br /> A. The work location is in the City of Sunny Isles Beach at Atlantic Isles. <br /> 1.04 DESCRIPTION OF WORK <br /> 1 A. Construction of sanitary sewer collection system with gravity sewer lines, <br /> manholes, WASD lift station and force main; paving, grading, and drainage <br /> improvements; under grounding of certain utilities, such as FPL power, CAN, <br /> and telephone. The installation of a new water main with services is also <br /> proposed by the City of North Miami Beach to be constructed <br /> contemporaneously, but not currently in this contract. <br /> 1.05 WORK SEQUENCE <br /> 1 A. Construct work in stages to accommodate Owner's occupancy requirements <br /> during the construction period, coordinate construction schedule and operations <br /> 1 with Owner. <br /> B.
