Through this very trying and difficult period <br /> CERES has given us exemplary service. They have been responsive to the <br /> needs that arc unique to our County, they have advised us of FEMA <br /> regulations,they have made suggestions to save the County money and most <br /> importantly they conducted their business in a professional manner. <br /> I have been most impressed by their thoroughness and flexibility. As one <br /> may well expect, during such a disaster as this hurricane, plans often go <br /> down*the drain. They hove in many instances put planned duties aside to <br /> respond to emergency requests.without sacrificing the overall goal. <br /> I have especially enjoyed the working relationship we have had with Ken <br /> Brown, Project Superintendent and David Preus, Project Manager.
