Managed <br /> implementation of the federal Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act (EPCRA) <br /> and Risk Management Planning requirements under the federal Clean Air Act Amendments, <br /> Section 112(r). Managed implementation of the Florida Hazardous Materials Emergency Response <br /> and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1988. Managed annual review/approval program for regional <br /> and county hazardous materials plans and county Comprehensive Emergency Management Plans <br /> (CEMPs). Planning Manager of the Hazardous Materials Compliance Planning Program's <br /> Compliance Verification/Enforcement Unit from 1989-1996.
