He worked <br /> for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers from 1974-2009, serving as the National Debris Management Expert <br /> for his last 15 years with the USACE. With Ceres, Mr. Morse works with the USACE concerning Ceres'four <br /> contracts with the USACE, covering 26 states.
