Mr:Ortiz's management experience includes <br /> multiple disaster recovery projects where he has held positions of Site Manager, TDSR Manager, Field <br /> Superintendent, and Crew Foreman. Mr. Ortiz has experience in planning, scheduling, and directing crews, <br /> reading plans, and staking grade. He has significant emergency response experience in operating <br /> equipment used for sorting, processing, and disposal of mixed, vegetative and C & D hurricane debris. <br /> PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE <br /> • Winter Storm Alfred 2011. Site manager for grinding of vegetative debris.
