Mr. Szymanski is a seasoned disaster recovery professional of 12 <br /> years, working positions of increasing responsibility in New York State prior to his deployment <br /> I to Mississippi in 2005. Szymanski's experience with disaster recovery in New York State led to his <br /> positioning as Project Manager for Hancock County and the Mississippi State Port Authority in <br /> Mississippi, as well as Jefferson Parish in Louisiana, where, in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, <br /> I projects have resulted in approximately $600 million in eligible FEMA obligations <br /> reimbursements for these Recipients. Szymanski has also served as Engagement Manager and <br /> Senior Policy Advisor for the State of New York in response to Hurricane Sandy. Szymanski is <br /> I currently serving as the Engagement Manager and Policy Advisor for Tidal Basin's teams <br /> deployed to the States of Texas and Florida in response to Hurricanes Harvey and Irma. <br /> Mr. Ron Anderson will serve as Deputy Project Manager and will perform overall program duties <br /> I as well as provide technical guidance to all staff in conjunction with Mr. Szymanski. He will also <br /> be available for any issues that may arise throughout the project. His vast experience with the <br /> FEMA-PA and other reimbursement programs makes him uniquely suited for this role. He has <br /> Igained a thorough understanding of all federal/state requirements and he has dealt with many <br /> local governments navigating these programs. <br /> I Mr. Anderson was instrumental in developing many of the existing state emergency <br /> management policies and procedures as well as explaining to local governments the purpose <br /> and intent of such. He is headquartered in our Lakeland office, and will be able to devote 80% <br /> I of his time to this project. His schedule allows him some flexibility in scheduling meetings as <br /> required.
