She managed the resources of the Oklahoma and <br /> FEMA for Robert T. Stafford Act declarations of 67 Public Assistance (PA) 47 Fire <br /> Management Grant (FMAG) programs and 7 State Managed Small Disaster programs. <br /> She served as a Member of the Pilot Program for the new Public Assistance Program. <br /> Assisting Developers in identifying program deficiencies and providing solutions. <br /> She served as a State Representative on various National Committees such as but not <br /> limited to re-organizing the Public Assistance program, developing the new Public <br /> Assistance Policies Guide, establish the policies and guidance for Electrical Utilities, <br /> developing and implementing State Management of Small Disasters and various <br /> committees for enhancing the PA program. <br /> She provided direction and training to Tribal, State, City and County officials, Emergency <br /> Managers and Disaster Contractors on the various aspect of Public Assistance including, but not <br /> limited to, Preliminary Damage Assessment, Project Worksheet Formulation, Hazard Mitigation, <br /> Closeout and Audits and Appeals. <br /> She assisted the Cherokee Nations in the development of the Tribal PA Program and provide <br /> training and exercises. <br /> She served as the State Representative to the Inter-Tribal Emergency Manager Coalition for 10 <br /> years. <br /> As a degreed Scientist, She worked as an Environmental Protection Specialist specializing in <br /> National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance at the DOD Headquarters, Pentagon. <br /> She developed and implemented a State-wide Environmental and Safety Compliance program for <br /> the State of Florida and Georgia's Department of Military Working Affairs. She was the principle <br /> instructor for the Western Region of Compliance Solutions, INC. providing services to <br /> governmental and commercial entities. <br /> Clients included Portland Port Authority, City of San Francisco, City of Oakland, Pacific Power <br /> and Light, State of California Department of Transportation, Orange County, and Los Angles Port <br /> Authorities, Disneyland, Los Angeles Police Departments and Fire Departments. <br /> As the business owner, she worked as consultant for various companies. She prepared the <br /> implementation program which included plans and procedures for compliance with Hazardous <br /> Waste Regulations for The Hanford Nuclear Reservation, Jacksonville Naval Air Station, Rancho <br /> Saco Nuclear Power Station, Pacific Power and Light, Waste Isolation and Pilot Project and <br /> Disaster Program &Operations, Inc.
