The services <br /> I provided will consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to complete and deliver full Emergency Response and <br /> Recovery Services. CrowderGulf is able to offer the City the widest possible spectrum of debris management and disaster <br /> recovery services which are itemized below: <br /> Pre Planning &Training <br /> Annual pre-disaster debris management planning sessions include training, review of emergency management plans, Debris <br /> Management Site(DMS)selection and other disaster recovery components. - _. <br /> ' ' . ``, <br /> Emergency Road Clearance PUSH , � :, .,� � � <br /> CrowderGulf provides push services by making certain that roadways designated by r'r `j.); fi I': a. } "� <br /> I the City of Sunny isles Beach are clear and passable within 70 working hours from "�1oij! L. . ° , <br /> issuance of a Notice to Proceed (NTP)with such clearance. ' Ø.t .a •~ fici , <br /> �� t__, , <br /> I ROW& ROE Debris Removal <br /> CrowderGulf performs permitting, clearing, and/or removing FEMA eligible disaster <br /> related debris from the public rights-of-way, private property, streets, roads, canals, lakes, ponds and waterways in the City's <br /> I jurisdiction as directed. Each load of debris is accurately and verifiably recorded on load tickets and presented to the City daily <br /> along with requested daily and weekly reports. <br /> I Development and Operation of DMS <br /> CrowderGulf constructs DMS to handle the volume of debris generated in the City by the - , <br /> disaster. Operation of the DMS includes debris separation, reduction, recycling and proper ?i t,� — ^ <br /> � ' jr <br /> holding, separating and disposal of hazardous waste and fluids. DMS are fully restored to -T_�.-ice <br /> original condition after project completion. ' i,� <br /> .i <br /> , v <br /> CrowderGulf has burned and grinded debris on many occasions. There are several different ®` �, <br /> ways of burning debris which CrowderGulf has experience in. These include uncontrolled /fes.';, !i- { <br /> open-air incineration,controlled open-air incineration,air curtain pit incineration and portable _I 2 L f <br /> air curtain incineration. Portable air curtain incineration is the most efficient incineration <br /> system available because the pre-manufactured pit is engineered to precise dimensions to ' ! '4,-,- I/ <br /> I complement the blower system. Burning vegetative debris can produce up to a 95% <br /> reduction rate. CrowderGulf is also very experienced with chipping/grinding debris and has used this method in the majority of <br /> our disaster contracts for the past ten years. CrowderGulf owns large tub and horizontal grinders capable of handle any <br /> vegetative debris. <br /> Final Debris Disposal <br /> CrowderGulf disposes of all debris, including reduced debris, in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, <br /> standards and regulations. Tipping fees are typically associated with final disposal facilities and can be paid by CrowderGulf <br /> and back billed at a later date as a pass through cost at the City's request. ' <br /> Tree Trimming & Removal (Leaners and Hangers) <br /> CrowderGulf performs tree trimming and removal in accordance with American National Standard ANSI A300.Other tasks also <br /> associated with tree trimming are tree topping, stump grinding, grubbing, clearing, hauling and disposal of trees to abate <br /> imminent and/or significant threats to public health and safety.All Tree work is directed by the City and a FEMA representative. <br /> I <br /> 5 <br />
