CROWDER CrowderGulf <br /> �� RFP Disaster Debris Management and Disposal Services 18-04-02 <br /> City of Sunny Isles Beach, FL <br /> 1 Hurricane Ike did the most damage in Texas and, as a result, CrowderGulf had pre-event contracts activated in five counties <br /> and 23 cities in that state. Two days before Hurricane Ike made landfall, CrowderGulfs management team was on-site in <br /> Texas and communicating with the counties and cities in preparation to begin immediate response and recovery efforts for <br /> debris removal. Immediately after the storm, CrowderGulfs management team and subcontractors were in place to begin the <br /> cleanup in affected areas of Texas. <br /> Throughout the recovery process,the same CrowderGulf senior management personnel were directly involved with the cleanup <br /> operation and worked closely with county,state and federal officials and their representatives to ensure that all debris was FEMA <br /> eligible and reimbursable. We developed, managed and restored 35 <br /> temporary DMSs during these activations. The total cost for these contracts was approximately$267,000,000. During these activations we developed, <br /> managed and restored 61 temporary DMSs and removed over 16 million cubic yards of debris during this timeframe for <br /> a total cost of$292,426,233. <br /> CrowderGulf was activated by both large and small municipalities and provided quality service to all of them. CrowderGulf had <br /> nine field offices in operation during these projects. All field offices were operated by local citizens who were provided on-the- <br /> job-training and were managed by CrowderGulfs on-site senior management. <br /> II <br /> Q20 <br />
