INF is placed in the State's account within days of the disaster declaration and <br /> ensures that the immediate needs of the applicant are met. DRC has helped numerous applicants, over its 29- <br /> Iyear history, obtain INF. <br /> FEMA TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT TRAINING <br /> I Our permanent staff members are NIMS-certified and fully knowledgeable of the FEMA reimbursement <br /> process, having insured that each and every client has received 100% reimbursement for all eligible disaster- <br /> related debris. DRC can assist the jurisdiction in completing any and all forms necessary for reimbursements <br /> I from state or federal agencies relating to eligible costs arising out of the disaster recovery effort. This may <br /> include, but is not limited to, the timely completion and submittal of reimbursement requests, preparation, and <br /> submittal of any and all necessary cost substantiations and preparing replies to any and all agency requests, <br /> Iinquiries or potential obligations, denials or de-obligations. <br /> DRC and/or DRC have on staff, or available through its extensive Reservist/Consultant Personnel Database, <br /> qualified personnel who are available to assist any client with Exercises, Plans Formulation, or Training of <br /> IGovernment personnel on eligibility issues, reimbursement procedures, documentation, etc. DRC will provide <br /> regular annual or more frequent training and feedback sessions to the government as a service at no additional <br /> cost to the City. Training sessions are scheduled and led by the Director of Training and will address planning <br /> and reimbursement issues as well as any other concerns of the City.
