Russo, City Manager <br /> FROM: Sylvia Flores, Director of Cultural&Community <br /> Services <br /> DATE: 4/19/2018 <br /> Agreement with Port Consolidated for Diesel Fuel <br /> RE: services,for Two-Year Term, in Amount Not to Exceed <br /> $100,000. <br /> • <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> This resolution is presented for your consideration. <br /> REASONS: <br /> The City is in need of diesel fuel several vehicles in the City's fleet, <br /> including the shuttle buses, and the street sweeper. Our current <br /> contract with Indigo Energy Partners, expires on May 31, 2018. While <br /> researching options, the City found that Port Consolidated currently <br /> provides similar services for City of Pompano Beach, through the <br /> Southeast Florida Governmental Purchasing Cooperative Group, at a <br /> lower rate, and to their satisfaction.
