His previous experience in construction has given KDF valuable knowledge for site <br /> management when land and space pose an issue. Such as work in Monroe County, FL (Florida Keys). <br /> Mr. Webb specializes in TDRS permitting, Soil Testing, Debris Reduction, Site Closure, and Remediation. <br /> After a disaster the utilization of TDRS for management of Harardous Household Waste (HHW) and <br /> White Goods including Freon Removal has been key for expediting debris cleanup. Mr. Webb's <br /> previous experiences in constrution was utilized for possible site contamination and containments. <br /> Since his first disaster site management oppurtunity in 2005 Hurricane Katrina, Mr Webb has been <br /> invloved with every major storm in some capacity since.
