His most recent debris related experience involved <br /> managing debris management operations for a number of jurisdictions in Florida in response to <br /> Hurricanes Hermine and Matthew. <br /> Since Mr. Jeffcoat first started his career in 1989 in Hurricane Hugo, he has been involved in every <br /> major storm to date within the United States and several Overseas. Jeffcoats's hands on project <br /> management style and administering the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) PA <br /> Program, has given him many different experiences with the most current FEMA gudielines but the <br /> many developing and pilot programs over the years. Mr. Jeffcoat was key in developing debris cleanup <br /> and demolition programs for many condemened structures pertaining to the flooding in New Orleans <br /> after Hurricane Katrina, working alongside the City's representatives.
