• <br /> • <br /> • <br /> • <br /> SECURITY SERVICES - • <br /> .0 • <br /> 3.4 ADDITIONAL SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> The City reserves the right to add and/or remove personnel,schedule of hours or services as deemed in <br /> the best interest of the City. <br /> FPI Security Services understands this provision of the RFP and is fully capable of providing additional <br /> services, if needed. • <br /> 3.5 PERSONNEL REPLACEMENT <br /> The City shall have the final approval as to which attendant may be assigned to City facilities. <br /> The City reserves the right to request to remove and replace any attendant who, in the City's <br /> sole discretion, does not meet the City's professionalism requirements, is not in compliance with <br /> the requirements of this Solicitation, and/or appears incapable of performing assigned duties. <br /> Any attendant that the City requests to be removed shall be replaced within 48 hours during the term of <br /> the Contract.Attendants reporting to work under the influence of alcohol or any illegal substance or out <br /> of uniform will not be allowed to stay on duty.The awarded contractor will be responsible for the <br /> immediate replacement of the attendant and shall staff the post until the next scheduled attendant <br /> arrives for duty. <br /> We understand that not all employees perform as expected. In the event an employee does not meet <br /> our standards, they will be replaced immediately. We also understand that our employees will <br /> represent the City of Sunny Isles Beach while on duty. For this reason, we will immediately remove any <br /> ® <br /> employee immediately at the request of City personnel. <br />
