FPI provides all personnel with customized <br /> training specifically for all position. FPI uses the most recent Florida State Approved training <br /> curriculum for security guards and certifies all FPI personnel. <br /> Level 2 <br /> • <br /> This is the intermediate level of a security officer and represents the fastest growing part of our <br /> business with 40% of all officers in this program. To be eligible an officer must have fulfilled at least <br /> one of the following: <br /> Two or more years of military service <br /> College Degree in Law Enforcement <br /> Two years of security experience <br /> Two or more years of college <br /> CPR, AED and First Aid certified • <br /> Fire Watch and Crowd Management trained <br /> SERVICES <br /> FRONT DESK: <br /> Management of residential and commercial premises, to ensure the efficient and smooth entry for <br /> your residents, tenants and clients; with constant patrol to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and <br /> ensure the.security of all points of entry to the facility. <br /> Security control entrance to monitor the entry and departure of employees, outside workers and non <br /> affiliated personnel that may pose an additional risk to the association's interest. <br /> Provide a control center for telephone communications to take messages, answer questions and or <br /> provide information as needed at any time during business and non business hours. <br /> SITE PATROL: <br /> Protection of your commercial and residential site around the clock or as requested. Security <br /> circulation amongst visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and provide required <br /> protection of the premises to include: appropriate warnings when warranted, and the eviction of <br /> violators from the premises when required in a safe and professional manner. <br /> Site officers are tasked with inspection of security systems, equipment and machinery for proper <br /> functionality and to detect any evidence of tampering. If any faults are detected officers will activate <br /> proper protocols to immediately address the condition and provide the appropriate response, <br /> maintaining an equivalent level of security until the issues is resolved. <br /> A Deggy system will be implemented thru-out the facility to insure maximum patrol coverage and <br /> adequate accountability. <br />
