The method of operation for FPI is as follows: <br /> Recruiting <br /> We recruit through the Internet, Newspapers, Security Training Schools throughout the Palm Beach, <br /> Broward areas, and as well as our own State Certified Security Academy, to satisfy your needs.We <br /> have a pool of floaters in the Palm Beach area ready to serve the Town of Palm Beach. <br /> Application process: <br /> All applicants are asked to complete an employment application. Applicants are tested to verify <br /> their ability to read, understand and write English. Skills testing, dependent upon assignment, may <br /> also include mathematical, computer and other specific disciplines and skills needed to determine <br /> their ability and qualifications to become a member of our team. <br /> Interview: <br /> Once the application process has been completed and approved, the applicant will go through an <br /> extensive interview process conducted by our Personnel Department. <br /> Drug Testing: <br /> The applicant will be asked to submit to a seven panel drug and alcohol screening test. <br /> PAGE INTENTIONALLY LEFT BLANK <br />
