Action: City Clerk Hines read the title, and City Attorney Ottinot reported. Public Speakers: None Mayor Edelcup noted that there would be early voting for local elections since they tie in with National or County Elections. Previously our elections did not coincide with those Elections. Vice Mayor Aelion moved and Commissioner Levin seconded a motion to approve the proposed ordinance on first reading. The motion was approved by a roll call vote of 5- 0 in favor.
