This adjustment relates to minor reorganization occurring within the City. <br /> Reorganization includes the elimination of the HR Director position, the Assistant City <br /> Manager-Services position, the Help Desk Technician and a Police Dispatcher. It also <br /> includes the addition of the Deputy City Manager, the Assistant City Manager-Capital <br /> Projects/Public Works, the Administrative Assistant to the Deputy City Manager, the <br /> Senior IT Analyst and an Administrative Assistant for Public Works Compound. In <br /> addition, there were adjustments to temporary staff (professional services) based on <br /> City needs and adjustments to salaries based on qualifications required. <br /> B. This adjustment relates to a employee financial emergency withdraw against vacation <br /> time. <br /> C. This adjustment relates to the City entering into an agreement with Ellen Uguccioni as <br /> a consultant for services required related to the Historic Preservation Board. <br /> D.
