It should <br /> be brought to your attention how much we have appreciated Mr. <br /> Melvin's work ethics. He has been instrumental in making a <br /> potentially dangerous situation a safe environment for students and <br /> staff. <br /> Mr. Melvin has always placed the well-being of our students and <br /> staff above all else. He never began any portion of construction <br /> without consulting administration. He listened to our needs and our <br /> concerns with genuine interest and regard. Jeff explained every <br /> aspect of each project. He provided safe ways for our staff and <br /> students to go about the daily school activities without fear. <br /> Mr. Melvin always returned phone calls and answered all questions <br /> in a timely manner. He understood how important it was to our staff <br /> to have minimum interruptions throughout the school day. <br /> Whenever possible, he worked around our schedule of events. With <br /> unlimited patience, Jeff would make sure that we were pleased with <br /> the construction barricades. He was never without a smile and a <br /> kind word. <br />
