Additionally, the adopted City budget includes a capital project for <br />improvements to FDOT and City rights of way as well as within a previously <br />granted easement on the Arlen House property located at the southwest <br />quadrant of Collins Avenue and Bayview Drive (158th Street). <br />Under a previously approved work authorization for this project, Bermello, Ajamil <br />& Partners, Inc. prepared renderings of the parks for City consideration and <br />approval. Improvements will generally consist of continuing the paver wave <br />pattern sidewalks to match existing improvements along the west side of Collins <br />Avenue, date palms with uplighting with substantial additional landscaping, a <br />new screen wall along the Collins Avenue and Bayview Drive frontages including <br />upgrading the existing vehicular gate on Collins Avenue. <br />The project will be delivered via design- bid -build methodology; this contract <br />provides for the preparation of plans and specifications needed to advertise for <br />http : / /sibagenda.sibfl.netlAgenda/ Preview. aspx?
