<br />In 2009, the City awarded the general services contract to assist in facilitating the undergrounding of utilities within
<br />neighborhood through special assessment. Projects required a clear roadmap of procedure, ability to
<br />communicate effectively with residents, coordination of utilities, understanding of FP&L tariff and requirements,
<br />assistance in drafting proper ordinance, cost estimates, and understanding of special assessment procedures and
<br />requirements.

<br />the City through open-ended contract. In addition to management of multiple projects, responsible for overseeing
<br />design, commitment to schedule and meeting budgets for multi-facetted improvement projects. Projects include
<br />programs to provide water and wastewater improvements to existing neighborhoods served by septic systems and
<br />without adequate fire protection. Areas served include a mixture of single family, multi -family, commercial, office
<br />and industrial uses. In addition to utilities, improvements included streetscape, landscape, drainage, roadway re -
