BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br />Craven Thompson & Associates (CTA) provided all of the surveying services, storm water master planning, all <br />civil engineering, all landscape architectural, and construction management for the project. <br /> <br />The Livable Neighborhoods Improvement Project is subdivided among four separate sites; namely Garden <br />Circle, Kings Garden I & II, Kings Garden III and Vista Verde. The various project sites are all located within the <br />confines of NW 183rd Street (Miami Gardens Drive), NW 215th Street (County Line Road), NW 47th Avenue, and <br />NW 37th Avenue in the City of Miami Gardens, Florida. No storm water quality treatment or quantity attenuation <br />facilities were included in the initial developments, which are apparent through the numerous drainage issues <br />observed. The Livable Neighborhoods Improvement Project includes approximately 222 total acres of land . The <br />project includes: 34,200 linear feet of roadway, 7,840 linear feet of sidewalk, 19,000 linear feet of storm <br />sewer, 151 drainage structures, the regrading of 22,500 linear feet of swales, and the addition of 112 street <br />lights, along with street trees and landscape/hardscape. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />25.
