The burial of the overhead utilities will be transformative to the Golden Shores neighborhood—both functionally and aesthetically. Residents will no longer have to look at overhead utility lines and will benefit from the enhanced reliability that this conversion will bring. For this very important project, the City needs a consultant team they can trust—one who listens, understands, and has the local talent and proven experience to plan, design, and execute this type of project efficiently and cost-effectively.
