City of Sunny Isles Beach RFQ No. 18-08-01 | Consulting Engineering Services for Golden Shores Utility Undergrounding and Roadway Improvements (CCNA)
PAST RECORDCGA has extensive experience in providing consulting services on a continuing basis to municipal clients. We are currently under contract with over 60 governmental entities - many for over 20 years - demonstrating that we continually provide sustainable high quality services. Client satisfaction remains our underlying theme and is the most important part of any statement on past performance.
CGA has recently executed a similar program for the Town of Surfside, and we have completed utilities undergrounding on individual projects in the Town of Jupiter, City of Delray Beach (Artists’ Alley), and City of West Palm Beach (Tamarind Avenue). We have recently completed undergrounding of utilities within the public rights-of-way adjacent to a multi-family residential project being developed by a private client in Hollywood (Sage Beach); we are currently assisting the Town of Surfside with completing their Town-wide undergrounding program; and we are assisting the Village of Key Biscayne with their Village-wide program and with undergrounding of utilities adjacent to a municipal park site ahead of the Village-wide program.
CGA has assisted the City with a number of projects in recent years, including Construction Administration of the Newport Beach Pier, Design and Construction Services for the North Bay Road Pedestrian Bridge, evaluation of the stormwater pump station adjacent to Public Works beneath the William Lehman Causeway ramp, 174th Street Roadway Improvements, lighting studies at 174th Street and throughout the Golden Shores Neighborhood, city-wide speed studies, traffic engineering services, and engineering plan review services. We have also been involved in the City’s initial efforts to scope out the issues involved with undergrounding of the utilities within the Golden Shores neighborhood.
Through our prior involvement with the City, we are familiar with the Golden Shores neighborhood and its roadways and drainage system.
PROJECTS EXPERIENCEPlease reference the Standard Form 330 and Projects section.
FINANCIAL STABILITYCGA is a financially stable company with the resources to ensure continued operations throughout the duration of the contract. A copy of our audited financial statement in the past three (3) years is included at the end of this section.
SIZE OF WORK FORCECGA maintains a workforce of over 350 professional staff. The workforce proposed for this project is identified in the organization chart and resumes in the SF330 form included at the end of this section.
22
