• ,fir�I'�• • AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH AND BONNIE BENNETT CREATIVE, LLC. CONTRACT NO. C1516-038 THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this 29 day of �bCz"1/116€12— 2015, by and between the CITY.OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH (hereinafter referred as to the "City") and - BONNIE BENNETT CREATIVE, INC., a Florida corporation, authorized to do business in the State.of Florida (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor"), whose federal tax identification number is 4c.4 1S3P{'2 RECITALS j I WHEREAS, the City hired Contractor to brand the City. as "Florida's Riviera" ("Services"), as more particularly described in Attachment "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the City Commission authorized the City Manager to approve the expenditure of budgeted funds in the amount up to Ninety-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars($97,500.00) with Bonnie Bennett Creative to provide graphic design services to the City for Fiscal Year 2015/2016 via Resolution No.2015-2480. WHEREAS, the Contractor is qualified, willing and able to provide the Services on the terms and conditions set forth herein; and . WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into this Agreement with Contractor to provide the Services in an amount not to exceed Ninety-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars($97,500.00) for services rendered during Fiscal Year 2015/2016. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and for the mutual covenants, representations and warranties and other Rood and valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which is hereby aclutovledged, the parties agree as follows: • 1. RECITALS. The Recitals set forth above are hereby incorporated into this agreement and made a part hereof for reference. - V 2. SERVICES. Contractor shall provide to the City the Services.as more particularly described in Attachment "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. The Services shall be performed by Contractor to the full satisfaction of the City. Contractor agrees to have a qualified representative to audit and inspect the Services provided on a regular basis to ensure all Services are being performed in accordance with the City's needs and pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, and shall report to the City accordingly. Contractor will require its employees to perform their work in a mariner befitting the type and scope of work to be performed. 3. TERM. Subject to the provisions relating to the termination of•this Agreement as set forth in Paragraph 10 hereunder, the term of this Agreement shall begin upon the execution of this Agreement and shall terminate at the end of Fiscal Year 2015-2016,i.e.September 30,2016.
