G. In any franchise granted pursuant to this chapter, the City may require a franchisee to agree to <br /> maintain that level of technology to satisfy the state of the art as defined in § 113 3 herein. <br /> accordance with§§ 113 11, 113 15 and 113 16,as well as such other benefits and services as provided <br /> in a franchise agreement. <br /> § 113-16. - ' .. , . . . . - . - .... .
