A franchisee shall not refuse to employ, nor shall it discharge from employment, nor discriminate <br /> against any person in compensation or in terms, conditions or privileges of employment because of <br /> age, race, creed, religion, color, sex, disability, national origin, marital status or political affiliation. <br /> The franchisee shall comply with federal, state and local laws and regulations governing equal <br /> employment opportunities, as the same may from time to time be amended. <br /> § 113-21. -Use of streets. A franchisee shall, on the request of any person holding a building moving permit issued by the <br /> City, temporarily raise or lower its wires to permit the moving of buildings.
