Part 200 Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements <br />for Federal Awards <br />• 44 C.F.R. Part 206 <br />• The Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, Public Law 93-288, as <br />amended, 42 U.S.C. 5121 et seq., and Related Authorities <br />• FEMA Public Assistance Program and Policy Guide, 2017 (in effect for incidents declared on or <br />after April 1, 2017) <br />Federal Program: <br />Sub -Recipient is to use funding to perform eligible activities in accordance with the Public <br />Assistance Program and Policy Guide, 2017 and approved Project Worksheet(s). Eligible work is <br />classified into the following categories: <br />Emergency Work <br />Category A: Debris Removal <br />Category B: Emergency Protective Measures <br />Permanent Work <br />Category C: Roads and Bridges <br />Category D: Water Control Facilities <br />Category E: Public Buildings and Contents <br />Category F: Public Utilities <br />Category G: Parks, Recreational, and other Facilities <br />2. Sub -Recipient is subject to all administrative and financial requirements as set forth in this <br />Agreement, or will be in violation of the terms of the Agreement. <br />NOTE: Section 200.331(a)(1) of CFR, as revised, and Section 215.97(5)(a), Florida Statutes, require <br />that the information about Federal Programs and State Projects included on pg. 1 of this subgrant <br />agreement and in Exhibit 1 be provided to the Sub -Recipient. <br />
