ARTICLE XXVII <br /> GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE <br /> This Agreement, including any exhibits, attachments, and/or amendments, if any, and all <br /> matters relating thereto (whether in contract, statute, tort or otherwise) are incorporated herein by <br /> reference, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of <br /> Florida.
