If controlling law changes to require the licensee, or to authorize the City to require the licensee, to provide telecommunications services or facilities to schools, hospitals, government or other public § 129-47. - Insurance. Reserved. A. The licensee shall provide, pay for and maintain, throughout the term of its license, and with companies satisfactory to-the City, the types of insurance described herein.
