Please confirm if you are looking of the listing on SunBiz of Authorized <br />Person(s). <br />Current Officer or Registered Agent as filed on SunBiz. <br />3.What are you looking to be provided on page 23 when you request “Past 5 years copies <br />of executed agreements made between your firm and local municipalities, with a scope <br />similar to this RFQ.” Are you really looking for the complete agreement or just a list of <br />relevant agreements? <br />Include a copy, or the contract # that your firm has with another government <br />agency(cies), for similar scope of work as requested in the RFQ. <br />4.Also, on page 23, what is the difference between the information requested in Section E <br />item 5 and Section F? Both appear to be asking for project experience, including <br />references. <br />Section F is requesting at least 3 references for similar work, while section E-5 is <br />requesting evidence and supporting information regarding project experience <br />with pump station rehabilitation services.
