As a matter of policy, CES does not disclose company financial information that may be made available to the public under Sunshine Law. As a result, CES would like to exercise confidentiality options afforded us under Florida Statutes 119.071(1)(c). Company Financial Information required under Paragraph 2.13 of the RFP are included separately in our proposal package to be confidentially viewed by the City while remaining exempt from the Sunshine Law. ABILITY TO COMPLETE PROJECTS ON SCHEDULE AND WITHIN BUDGET The CES Team, with Mr. Vazquez, as the primary point of contact, will be 100% available and committed to the City for this project to ensure its successful implementation and delivery. The CES Team will be responsive and communicate proactively to keep projects moving, avoid surprises, and mitigate delivery risks. We will be accessible, responsive, and interface with your program team face-to-face when needed. The CES Team’s continued success is due in part to the collaborative and proactive management style that we bring to each and every project. Prior to beginning work, we will meet with the City and other stakeholders to ensure that we fully understand your goals and preferences for each and every project. This information will be relayed to the entire team, ensuring that there is a common vision and a clear understanding of how we will continue to achieve this vision while maximizing the return on your investments. With a diverse and “deep bench” of design engineers in the CES team, and in the all the required disciplines, each project assignment will be addressed with assignment of the right professionals, each whom are ready to start, and experienced in the work required. This approach will drive solid budget control. The CES Team is a dedicated team that will work cohesively to define, plan, design and implement the necessary infrastructure improvements for a resilient utility in the City of Sunny Isles Beach.
